•  Congratulations to Norman Xiong, first place winner in the age 9 - 10 boys division of the 2009 Callaway Golf Junior World Golf Championships. The Callaway Junior World has featured top junior players from over 70 countries since 1968. Norman trailed by 1 going into the final day and finished by winning by 5, making Norman's three rounds -3, -3, and -6. • Two Pro Kids members qualified for the Walmart First Tee Open at Pebble Beach: Wally Gonzalez and Madi Mendiola. You can watch them play on the Golf Channel on September 4 from 3:30 - 5:30 pm, September 5 from 3:30 - 5:30 pm, and September 6 from 3:30 - 6:30 pm. • Robert Santos will represent Pro Kids at The First Tee Life Skills & Leadership Academy in Eugene, Oregon. This academy allows nominated participants who have demonstrated exceptional golf and leadership skills to attend the week-long camp. During the camp, they will play championship golf, participate in life skills activities, explore different careers, experience dorm living and meet a wide variety of young people from around the world.
